In order to evaluate the feasibility of hydroelectric projects ‘Tortugo’ and ‘El tigre’, we carried out geophysical studies for the characterization of the zones planned for the construction of both projects, as well as the corresponding geomechanic classification, the identification of possible faults and/or adverse elements by seismic refraction, and the ‘petite sismique’ technique for sinkholes.
